Camden Sophisticated Sisters (CSS) exists solely because of the generous volunteers and donors that make our work possible. We are tremendously grateful for your time, talents and support. Every single thing you do makes a difference for our kids. We would not be here without you!

CSS welcomes and encourages committed individuals to apply as volunteers within all levels of our organization. We are always in need of volunteers to help in areas such as cooking, carpooling and chaperoning overnight stays. We also greatly benefit from individuals who share their skills with us in areas such as leadership development, grant writing, choreography, tutoring, photography, costuming, make up artistry, hair stylists, barbers, videography, computers, finance, fundraising, marketing, communications, social media, public policy, research and administrative work. Whatever your abilities and interests, we have a place for you.

 

How to Become a CSS Volunteer

To become a CSS Volunteer please fill out the forms below.

CSS background screener Due to the type of service we provide to youth in the Camden community, we ask that all volunteers consent to a background screening. In applying to volunteer, you are authorizing Camden Sophisticated Sisters, Inc. to obtain personal information under the guidelines of Public Law 105-251 – Volunteers for Children Act.

We also ask that you contribute a registration fee of $35 to handle the administration expenses for your screening. This fee can be paid via PayPal (click here to pay), or via check or money order made payable to Camden Sophisticated Sisters, Inc.
